This is a playlist tool to play video clips with "start~end time" directly on Youtube/Onedrive/GoogleDrive/TwitCasting.

The advantages over the video clips are:
- The number of views are counted in the original video.
- Just list the start/end time and it's done, much faster than cutting & reuploading videos.
- There is no copyright dispute because the original video is not reproduced or modified.
