Click on the generate button to access a free-form prompt where you can make open-ended asks to Writer. You can make a request to Writer to give you ideas for social posts, draft an error message, create a blog outline, and much more. Hit the “regenerate” button if you want a new version of the output, and select the “rewrite” button if you want Writer to rephrase the text in a specific style. Once you’re ready to use the output, you can copy the text or click the “insert” button to add it to any live editor in Chrome, such as Gmail or Google Docs. With the arrow button, you can revisit the last 25 generations you created.

On Enterprise plans, you can even create custom rewrite options to rephrase content to better fit your brand guidelines, appeal more to specific customer segments, read more like your best-performing content, follow grade level rules, and more.
