- Before the meeting, WorkLife helps you create and share an agenda.
- During the meeting: WorkLife creates a shared room where you can take notes and assign action items with your colleagues.
- After the meeting: WorkLife sends out an automated summary and follows up on action items.
This extension allows you to easily create and share WorkLife agendas from within Google Calendar.
It also reminds you of upcoming meetings with desktop notifications. Clicking a desktop notification for a meeting instantly takes you to the WorkLife room for that meeting to view the agenda and take notes with your colleagues.
