Toggle external stylesheets to only see inline CSS

Toggle external stylesheets on/off. Allows you to display only the critical, inline CSS to see what the page looks like before the external CSS has loaded. You can use keyboard shortcuts for toggling, default is ctrl+e/cmd+e.
