Navigate inside YouTube videos using chapters
Self-learners watch a lot of informational (tutorials/lectures, interviews, podcasts, etc) videos on a day-to-day basis and it is difficult to get an outline of the video or what different topics a video talks about.
Video Chapters for YouTube provides an easy to use time-stamped summary of all the topics (chapters) discussed inside a video. You can use topic summary to jump to any part of the video. You can also search for topics using a keyword OR revisit the video using previous/next topics.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
👉 How are these topics generated?
There are two ways.
1) They are generated by our AI algorithms which processes visual and spoken content. More information is here - https://videoken.com
2) If topics are present in the video description or comments, they are picked from there.
👉 What information do you collect?
We do not collect any personal data or usage information.
👉 Why does the chapters icon do not appear for all the videos?
As discussed in FAQ #1, the chapters icon will show up only for these two kind of videos which are either indexed by us (a total of 1 M videos on YouTube) or wherever topics are present in video meta-data. We have been working on to index more videos to make your life easier. If you want any specific channel to be indexed, please send it across to contact@videoken.com
