If you don’t have an account yet, register here: tester.userbrain.net How to start your first test You can start your first test by clicking on the Userbrain Icon - it might be hidden inside a puzzle like icon next to your browser’s address bar. Make sure to pin the Userbrain Recorder for easy access. Please check out our knowledge base in case you need help: kb.userbrain.net Privacy Notice The Userbrain Recorder will lay dormant and will only be active during a usability test which you have opted in to. A test will only begin after you have been given a specific URL and instructions on how to begin the test. The Userbrain Recorder will stop once the test is completed or exited.

I tried it for the first time this morning and i was like what the heck do i do.....the company wants you to do the tests from your phone and on the screen it says to stand in front of the screen with your arms out , the only way it works is if i stand half way across my living room so my entire body gets into the screen and before i can do anything else it starts glitching and stopping then starting again and sending the video before its even done doing the entire 25 minute test...its a grea... I really want to participate in Userbrain, but the plugin just spins endlessly on the version (1.5.1) and never actually loads or lets me log in.
