This extension improves readability on Google+ and adds some useful features.

Design :
- small CSS changes that put the focus on the content, separating visually posts and comments, improving design on the profile page.
- post infos showing up on rollover only
Features :
- The notification bar stays at a fixed position on top so you'll never miss a notification again !
- Displays a direct link to mute post (very handy)
- Ability to star a post so that you can read it later !

Regarding the permissions needed :
Your data on plus.google.com :
This allows the extension to be able to modify your page on plus.google.com, without this permission the extension just can't do anything.
Your browsing history :
It is a necessity to add the "tabs" permission for use of the function "chrome.tabs.insertCSS", this permission is translated on the google chrome with "Your browsing history", but the extension doesn't read your history, it doesnt read any of your data at all, it just adds css rules.
