After looking through hundreds of themes of scantily clad women, video games, anime and Marvel comics, I thought this was simple and eloquent, and in its simplicity states what it is you are looking at.

For a theme entitled Unobtrusive, that's certainly a large and obtrusive chrome logo on the new tab page, making most text unreadable. Remove that and the theme is quite nice, unfocused tabs are greyed out in an appealing way.
