Assistant for UDit Call Center and ITSC Review Queue

Helps by color coding the IT tickets received by the UDit Call Center Queue and ITSC Review Queue using the following rules:
• Gray: Unmodified in over 12 hours
• Red: Unmodified in over 4 hours
• Yellow: Unmodified in over an hour
• Blue: Ticket is New
• All others remain unchanged
• Red: Unmodified in over 20 Minutes
• Yellow: Unmodified in over 10 Minutes
• Blue: All the rest
Auto-Refresh is also supported to automatically refresh the entire page on a chosen interval while on the TDX Desktop.
Maximum interval is 10 minutes, with a minimum of 2, and a default of 6 minutes.
Notifications are sent when tickets with status New are found in the CC Queue, or any tickets are found in the ITSC Review Queue, dependent on if each correlating Assistant is enabled.
All 4 features have separate toggles to enable and disable at will.
