Autofills common fields and improves user search in Salesforce tickets for student technical and help desk consultants at Pitt
This extension is used to make the creation of Salesforce support tickets easier for technical support consultants at the University of Pittsburgh.
It makes searching for customers by username a 1 click process instead of a 4+ click process.
It also autofills dropdown fields that will be the same for almost every ticket created.
