Reads meeting requests and overlays them on your calendar. Click any day in your calendar to convert its open times to written text.
While scheduling links are convenient, much scheduling still happens the traditional way — handwritten (or should we say "hand-typed"). That's when TrySundial.ai is incredibly useful.
Here's how it works:
1/ Click on a day in the calendar to convert its open times to handwritten text. TrySundial.ai will copy the the available times in this format:
Tue, Jan 3: 8-9a, 10a-12p EST
2/ When you select multiple days, the handwritten text will build to look like this:
Mon: Jan 2: 9-11a EST
Tue, Jan 3: 8-9a, 10a-12p EST
3/ When someone emails you to meet, click "View on Calendar". TrySundial.ai will read the meeting request and overlay the available times on your calendar.
4/ For multi-person meetings, add your coworkers' calendars and click on the days. TrySundial.ai will include your coworkers' calendars when writing the open times.
5/ Personalize handwritten times to any timezone by searching a city, country, or timezone abbreviation. The times will adjust, like this:
Mon: Jan 2: 3-5p CET
Tue, Jan 3: 2-3p, 4-6p CET
After clicking, paste the handwritten times into your message and hit send. 🚀
TrySundial.ai is free to use. In the free tier, a short message, "Scheduling done with TrySundial.ai," is added to your email when you send times handwritten by TrySundial.ai. This helps spread the word. To remove this, you can upgrade to the paid tier for $5/month.
Thank you for trying TrySundial.ai. I hope you find it helpful.
