This is the 'Time Manager' which is made by CAI - Creative App Inventors. You can set time interval with 30min, 60min, It pops up about 3 seconds to check that you are working on something or not. This is a valuable program for freelancers and anyone who is interested in how much time I have invested to something. Thanks.
