I really love Thyself! As a grad student in an MFT program, I need to be very aware of my emotions in order to provide the best therapy possible for my future clients. Thyself helps me keep track of how I'm feeling--it's a space just for me to reflect :) One of my favorite things about the app is that it is my "New Tab" page. I love to be prompted to easily record my feelings as I'm in the middle of working on a project, as I would probably never open a journal to record my emotions at that... Show more

I loved it! It helped me to understand my moods better and to reflect by being able to look at past moods and the notes I made. Also loved the custom functions for the moods and the frequency with which they appear. The user interface it's great and easy to use

Simply amazing! This little extension has been a game-changer for me, gently reminding me to be calmer and more mindful while at work. Instead of relying on me picking up a physical journal or an app on my phone, Thyself works directly where I spend most of the work day — in my browser. It's beautifully designed and comes with many thoughtful features. I particularly love being prompted to do a breathing exercise every few hours, it helps a lot with anxiety. Highly recommended!
