Where to put language files from balabolka?

I would like to use a Microsoft server speech text to speech file from balabolka. It is a Dutch.lng file type. nl-NL Hanna.
Where would I have to place the file to be recognized by Talkie?
How to find open-source language files that work with talkie?

Image accepting Problem

No voice? No speed? No pitch? Can't be!

Hi Joel,
I'm intrigued. Site says "See and test installed voices for each language in your browser. Talkie Premium users can also select their favorite voice as the default per language, as well as set speed and pitch for each voice."

I just don't see any place to set voices, speed and pitch. I have to be missing something? Where do I look?

You answered the reading speed question before but I still don't see it.
You said "If you upgrade to Talkie premium you can change the speed (per voice) in Talkie's options."

It's already possible! If you upgrade to Talkie Premium you can change the speed (per voice) in Talkie's options.

Hice un aporte a para obtener la versión Premium y no fue posible.

Necesito acelerar la velocidad de la voz, por lo cual decidí aportar vía PayPal, peor no me dejó acceder a las opciones para realizar los ajustes que necesito. envié dinero y no fue posible acceder a esas funciones; que mal....
