Only after seeing the below was it shared that this was a limited audience. Poor execution on the part of the developer to not provide a proper app explanation in the app info. Or even in the launch app to clarify it is only available for Group X.

This app is intended for partners enrolled in Verily (used to known as Google Life Sciences), It's not a public application. Google the name of the App to know what it is, and what it does.
