Stops Youtube (+ other video services) on tab unfocus and continues on focus

Have you ever watched a video on Youtube and suddenly someone (your boss) jumps behind you and the video keeps playing? No worries; with this extension the video will be paused when you change tab. Boss gone? Refocusing the tab will continue the video. And you can determine the functionality as you like. Small and convenient little extension for everyday use! Would be better if you can auto pause/resume based on whether cursor in in tab/window. I want it to work on many monitors where if my mouse moves to a different monitor, then the video stops, and vice versa when it comes back
