This is one of the few themes that I really like the color scheme for on the top. It's colorful and easy to differentiate everything without being hard on the eyes. It would by far be my choice if it was set up right, but there's a resolution issue or something so that all of the tabs that are in the green area are bleeding into the top background are, but part of it on the Left has the brighter blue on the top, then on the Right there is another abrupt line change right down the middle of a ...
