Soffront Software was founded in 1992, by Manu Das. We introduced our customer service software in 1993 – one of the first of its kind. Over the years, during CRM’s nascent period, we pioneered a complete CRM solution for all departments including sales, marketing, customer service, IT and engineering.
We introduced many technology innovations that were unique at that time including drag and drop screen and workflow designers, many-to-many relations, unique reporting, and flexible dashboards. During the early 2000s, when cloud was becoming popular, we introduced one of the first cloud CRM solutions, which has been successfully adopted by hundreds of mid-size and enterprise users. Over the last 20 years, working with thousands of businesses we have learnt about the challenges they face in automating their sales, marketing, customer service and operations. This deep experience has helped us to constantly update our products for the last 20 years.
