Extra features for Slack, including dark theme and code copy!
This extension will add some extra features to Slack.
Those features currently are:
- Adds a copy button to messages posted using single or triple backticks
- A dark theme
1.2.11 Quick fixes for styling changes implemented by Slack
1.2.10 Copy button now works in Threads
1.2.9 Theme updates
1.2.8 Fixed the Retain Sidebar feature
1.2.7 Updated copy button to work with new DOM structure
1.2.6 Theme updates
1.2.5 Theme updates
1.2.4 Fixed user mention colours
1.2.3 Fixed extension for new users
Also completely removed channel ordering code, and a few UI updates
1.2.2 Updates for the theme
1.2.1 Fixed bug with new users not being able to set Dark Theme.
Also had to disable the channel sorting for now, as Slack has updated to use a ReactJS interface, which means the elements that I was hooking in to for the sorting are now gone
1.2.0 Added ability to sort channel names (temporarily disabled in 1.2.1)
You can now click and drag the channel names in the channel list to re-order them. These changes will persist across page refreshes, and can be reset from the options page.
Unfortunately the interaction of dragging a channel name into a new place isn't as perfect as I would like it. This is due to the fact that every time you change between a Slack channel, the channel list refreshes from what seems like a server reload. This means I can't modify the order of the source, and have to rely on other means to persist the order change.
1.1.4 Updates for dark theme
1.1.3 Updates for dark theme
1.1.2 Updated dark theme to work with new Threads
1.1.1 Added ability to retain sidebar theme when Dark Theme applied
Slack actually gives you a fair bit of control when it comes to the styling of the sidebar, so this setting allows people to retain any of that customisation work they might have done.
1.1.0 Added dark theme
This dark theme is with thanks to lacour over on userstyles.
1.0.2 Remove string splicing
Removed the string splicing that was required due to some weird special characters being added to the start of a string that was copied. They don't appear to be there anymore, so part of the source was getting removed.
1.0.1 Fixed special chars
Fixed the way special characters are read, so that when pasting, the special character will be pasted as it was at the source. For example, an ampersand will be pasted as an ampersand and not as &
1.0.0 Initial Release
Includes the ability to copy messages that are posted using single or triple backtick formatting
