Sketchpad 3 is an image+vector editor built in HTML5. You can experiment with photos by painting new elements into the composition, add notes, manipulate graphics, overlay text on anything or go backwards and forwards in time infinitely through changes you make. Tools are highly customizable and are available by default (and currently for free) as follows: Paintbrush, shapes, texture stamp, spiral brush, (other tools...@michael) .. Drag & drop images or SVGs into your browser, rotate, scale, and apply filters. Lots of brushes, stamps, and hundreds of fonts to choose from. Import photos from any computer. Once you’ve made something you like, just export back to that computer or save and send it to another.

This app is pretty good... for beginner artists to learn. Overall it's a three. The color option allows you to insert color hex codes to its closest look ( Neat ). You can learn to draw on here and do pretty well. However, nothing is without its problems. Eraser tool. I don't think it's needed to have the eraser tool moveable, it should work like a normal eraser button should. Layers, all artists know its importance.
