Your World. Unlocked.
This will interface with the SDA service and automatically encrypt all of the browsers cookies when the phone isn't present. Additionally it will permit interaction with SDA-enabled websites.
The encryption of cookies is done by encrypting an encryption key using the SDA-enabled mobile phone. This encrypted blob is then stored in memory, and is periodically sent to the device to be decrypted. If it is decrypted successfully, the cookies remain untouched. However, if the decryption fails (e.g., because the phone is no longer present), all of the cookies are encrypted using the encryption key, and the key is wiped from memory. Thus, the cookies can only be decrypted when the phone returns at the encrypted key is able to be decrypted by the mobile phone.
The screenshots clearly show how this used to protect access to a Google Chrome Developer console (i.e., when the phone is present the cookies are encrypted and session ended, but are decrypted and session resumed when the phone is presented again).
