A shortcut to Chrome settings
This is just a shortcut to Chrome Settings, nothing more. When installed, it will add "Settings" icon to your "New Tab" app list and to the Chrome App Launcher. Click the icon and you'll open browser's options page. And that's all this "app" does...

ALl it is lacking is for the Launcher to find it by voice.

Does what it says and allows you create a desktop and launcher shortcut that directly opens the settings page.
