Service Titan Bookable Job Types

Only show bookable job types on the Service Titan booking screen

Some job types are not applicable when CSRs book jobs. This extension removes them (and the associated business unit). Additionally, the business unit form field is placed first, followed by the job type field. This should allow for a more streamlined booking process.
