Works well including on Chrome (MS W10, W11) and my Pixel phone. But about 35% of the time on W10 Chrome, the extension fails at browser startup. Then I uninstall and reinstall the extension from Chrome, an annoying grab of a few minutes by an undesirable bug. I've communicated with the supplier and provided them the data they requested, but to no avail. I like the product overall, but the extension became horrible since it's mandatory to login into it separately from the desktop app. This is extremely annoying and forces me to enter the password all the time instead of using Touch ID.

the auto-populate feature works when it feels like it. On some screens within Safari browser, it doesn't even show-up. I have to copy and paste, which defeats the whole purpose of having browser extension Installed. Also gets glitchier with each update, just like iOS does.
