Yes, now it costs to use, but I have been using this extension for about two years and it works EXACTLY like it says it will. I recommend clicking the LIVE CHAT option changing it from TOP CHAT, this takes any glitches away. Works flawlessly for me.

Very buggy, went from free to a $3/month payment plan, AND you must hand over all of your personally identifiable information. This is a scam

This is not true. We don't ask for any personally identifiable information. 50 comments per video is FREE forever. If you wish to download additional comments, it is $3/month. There was a problem with the CSV file download, as it displayed all columns in a single cell. Hence, we introduced Excel download as an alternative to resolve this issue.
