It's complicated. NEVER click on Backup option. Make sure you save them by clicking Import/Export button then copy all of the shortcuts and paste it somewhere in your email or something. If you loose them you will be able to get them back from that. Hope this helps.❤️

Doesn't work at all with Outlook, where it is needed most.
