Overview

Reverse polish notation (RPN) calculator

This is a simple calculator inspired by last century Hewlett-Packard calculators. The calculator supports keyboard input, simple operations and an infinite stack. Does not support infix input (but that's a feature).

I agree with others that lack of support for a backspace/delete, sign change, roll-up/-down make this app hard to use. I like that it works with a touchscreen. But the buttons need to be about twice as big in the vertical direction for my fingers to hit them accurately! I will have look for an RPN calculator that's more complete.

Enter doesn't work. E.g., if I want to add 4 to 4, I should to hit 4, enter, enter, +. But the second enter doesn't work. The left arrow would be clearer as CLx, and the up-down arrows don't roll the stack down (my first guess), but implement x<->y. My guess is the author has never used an RPN calculator.

EDIT: no support for backspace/delete key, rendering editing of entered numbers impossible. No keyboard support for negation. Arrow key support for stack naviga... Show more
