The Chrome Extension is compatible with all browser-based tools, meaning that feedback can be copy / pasted into a dialog box from the below tools and delivered directly to Roadmunk:
-CRMs like Salesforce
-Support tools like Intercom and Zendesk
Roadmunk users with reviewer licenses can access the Chrome Extension to submit and assign feedback to a Product, ensuring that it’s delivered to the correct product manager(s).
How it works:
1. Highlight the feedback you want to capture
2. Right click
3. Select “send to Roadmunk”
4. Pick which product(s) you want to associate the feedback to
5. The feedback is now in the product team’s feedback inbox
