Longtime user. It's so feature rich and always developing more helpful tools. You can't beat it for the money. Almost completely custom. Support staff is top notch and return calls and emails promptly. Love love love this CRM.

I was for a long time one of their biggest supporters, but after buying an email list from a third party that was cleared (each email had opted in and were informed their email could be sold) and having my account suspended over "too many bounced emails" I was left without access to any of my work over the last two years.
