This product is horrible. I have used it intermittently from 2011. It does not reliably save my work. I have lost countless files and countless hours of my life. The company's technical support has never proffered a solution to this problem. I thought that the online version might have afforded it's users the option of reliably saving their work. Nope. So, I've asked for a refund. What a disappointment. This really could have been useful product, if just had the capacity to save ... Show more

First of all, I should have been more cautious about this suite for creating flowcharts that ends up the size of 4KB.
