Actually, none of the major Chrome Extensions do. Facebook uses a bunch of crafty techniques that make it difficult for developers to target those ads. Notice: Quell is in an alpha state. This has zero options. Way Too Simple for my taste.

This is cool, I still don't know why uBlock won't block these ads, but this does it perfectly
