SMS reminders reduce the likelihood of costly no-shows taking up you time and tables, while the ability for guests to change some of their booking details through a link in the confirmation email, reduces the pressure on staff in dealing with minor issues. Bookings are governed using simple rules to set the maximum and minimum parameters of a service, time slots and other details. QBooking also contains a feature allowing you to share your experiences, either good or bad, with other members of the QBooking community. Reading informative reviews can help you deliver exceptional service, while bad reviews could help in deciding not to accept the reservation. A blacklist system has also been implemented, where if three venues have barred a guest, they will be barred from all venues. QBooking can handle multiple types of service from cocktail bars to fine dining restaurants, and is perfect for operators with multiple venues.
