PubMed Tool (PuMa) for XML4OJS

This extension conducts cheks for the PubMed corrections process.

This tool is designed to facilitate Oncotarget web journal pre-publication article check process. I.e. before article is published and is visible to the public, it should be checked by pre-publication team. This tool does the following: 1. Checks whether all data is correct in the front matter of the article, 2. Checks whether headers are in-line with the standards, 3. Checks for the deadlinks on the article page, 4. Checks references and callouts to comply with the standards, 5. Checks tables/figures and corresponding callouts.
