If you’re never sure when’s the best time to use your frequent flyer miles, this is the tool you’ve been waiting for. Points Path is the first award flight search engine that provides both the cash price and the points price of every flight in a Google Flights search. Using Points Path is easy. Just install it and then search for your trip as you normally would on Google Flights. In addition to getting Google’s regular cash results, Points Path will add the current points or miles price to each flight (when available) and then let you know which is the better deal. And when you’re ready to book a flight, click through to the normal Google Flights booking page, where you’ll find the option to book with your points directly with the airline (via Points Path) right next to all the usual cash options. This is a really excellent tool, and the UI is so simple. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is expansion to more airlines and internationally (and specifically, Aeroplan). Hope to see more added soon!

I really love the feature. I hope that the extension would also add alaska airlines award flight pricing too. Also I would say that a fair bit of people in the points and miles space will own a Delta credit card when booking a Delta award flight, I would love to see a feature or an edit that allows me to only see the Delta award pricing after the credit card discount.

Giving you a five though I would see it as in Beta phase. It does what it is supposed to and that is a great time savings feature. As a frequent flyer looking for "deals," I have numerous ideas. One, more accurate when people select 1 bag for Economy searches as that is what rewards tickets are tied into, and not Basic Economy. Plus when you search BE, some of these awards won't show up (AA). The big one for me though would be to figure out a way to populate the 60-day window with lowest poin... Show more
