Overview
pause is a time manager which tells you when to focus and when to take a break.
pause is a simple tool designed to let you know when to take a break. Many people who do work on computers spend too much time in one sitting typing away. pause is here to encourage you to take breaks when you need to take a break. It automatically manages breaks and allows you to take action -- if it isn't a good time to take a break, the break can be postponed or skipped. pause can also be told to stop for a period of time if you need to work without interruptions. pause is smart and pauses break timers when the user is away from the computer. pause's source can be found at https://github.com/DHNishi/pause. Basics work fine but it's fairly annoying that it's so hard to disable it when you don't want it run.

I very strictly follow the 20-20-20 rule when working so this has been an eye-saver (literally)! Does exactly what I need it to and is customizeable to a degree. Works flawlessly. Great work!

For someone like me that gets crazy stuck into work and loses track of time, this has been fantastic. I love that you can easily toggle the time and that it has a clean, simple interface. Fullscreen alert is just perfect and I am finding it helps reduce that workload tension you can get because it has provided you a reminder that yes, you can take a break. Thank you, Daniel.
