❗ Update: April 15th, 2024 We maintained PageMonitor since 2015 supporting every Chrome upgrade in that time. Regrettably Google is discontinuing SQL and, in spite of our best efforts, we are unable to deploy a version that is compatible with the new versions of Chrome. ▶️ Page monitoring going forward: To continue monitoring pages, please install our latest Visualping.io extension to: https://visualping.io/chrome-extension/ In this version, the Browser tab allows has the same functionality as PageMonitor and is free. We are working on a new upgrade of Visualping's extension planned to be released this summer and it will be packed with the most up to date technology to allow you to monitor pages for free using your browser. ♻️ Migration We apologize for any inconvenience caused by data migration issues as we worked through Google’s discontinuation of WebSQL support. I switched from Distill Web Monitor to Page Monitor many years ago. Though I prefer Page Monitor but without better alternative for the time being, now I switched back to Distill Web Monitor. Thank you for provided the convenience for the past so many years. Good bye.

VisualPing Which you offer is Just Useless! Let me tell you why; VisualPing Only Checks 5 Links for free versions, Rest We must PAY, or you can simply click All check button yourself MANUALLY, and this kills all the meaning of extension. More Important, "Pick Element" Function is like joke. It does NOT work at all. Whatever I tried, Pick Element Function failed. Long story short, Page monitor was one of the best. Used this extension for years, even after VisualPing was released. Always preferred PageMonitor's accuracy and simplicity over VisualPing's unintuitive UI and focus on paid features. I especially dislike the lack of custom selectors which leads to a ton of false positives in VisualPing. "Pick Element" does not allow me to set/customize the element selector by ID, class or whatever to be more specific (and thus, more accurate pings), which is the main feature that made me prefer Page Monitor. ...
