This application helps you memorize: - Japanese syllabary :Katakana & Hiragana, with flash card, keyboard, or drawing recognition - Numbers, in romaji, Hiragana, or kanji - 2300+ japanese kanji's (level 1-5 JLPT or Jouyou 1-7) with stroke animation (source KanjiVG), translation, readings (Source KanjiDict) with flash card and drawing game. - 14600+ japanese words (in english) from EDICT with flash card test - Experimental gramatical particle test (around 100 sentences from project Tatoeba) central to japanese language. - Tae Kim Japanese Grammar guide. - new locales (German, Spanish, Russian, Portugues, Thai, Polish, Chinese, Swedish and French), if you can help me adding new locales please contact me. This review is based on using a chromebook (which seems to be the only way to get the web store version working at the moment, for other operating systems you have to use ARC Welder and the apk). Anyway, to navigate 'back' like you would in android, press the key to the right of 'esc' on the chromebook keyboard (looks like a leftwards arrow). I have so far not run into any issues. One minor gripe is there's no 'maximise' option for the app- it is always in windowed mode. That's probably some... Show more
