NovaTab is a fully customizable newtab page that allows you to add any links, customizable themes and so much more.

This extension replaces the default new tab page with a stylized and customizable page with links to your most visited websites. NovaTab (formerly DIAL) can be used to add links to your most used websites and add a personalized theme to your new tab page. Instructions: 1. Once installed navigate to "Add" and from there you can add links to your favorite websites 2. You can customize the layout by clicking the gear icon where you can customize everything from the layout to theme colors and so much more. 3. You can setup icons, bookmark groups, image backgrounds(png, jpeg or gif) 4. You can even add animated backgrounds(currently mp4 is supported) 5.
