Real time Zendesk Ticket Notifications
Advanced browser notifications for the Zendesk client.
This extension will notify you of new tickets you receive on the view of your choice, in real-time, with a sound alert and/or a chrome popup alert. Clicking on the ticket in the extension opens the Zendesk ticket in the already open Zendesk tab, instead of opening a new tab. Hurray!
