Плагин не находит тег noindex в комментариях. В руководстве для вебмастера от Яндекса советуют, чтобы сделать код валидным использовать <!--noindex-->текст, индексирование которого нужно запретить<!--/noindex--> теги. Плюс я бы сделал по умолчанию разные стили для nofollow и noindex, чтобы можно было сразу отличить где что и если к одной ссылке применяются оба тега.
