Overview
Prevent mouse wheel scrolling if alt is pressed
This comes in handy if system events are already bound to scrolling with modifier keys like for example the window managers desktop zoom accessibility feature which would otherwise cause page-scrolling in Chrome every time it is being used.

Works on pages with JS only. For example, it doesn't work with THIS chrome web store page. Still a very useful extension. Just remember to restart chrome after install, otherwise it won't work.

Very useful! Thank you so much. Had to use it for a page that had a javascript enabled feature on a long page which made it both interact with the javascript feature and the page scroll.
