This is an unlisted extension. If you don't know what NEIEP is you do not need this extension. The extension is required for various online NEIEP courses and practical test to support the immersive 3D, real time simulations for electrical circuits, elevator repair and other future trainings. This extension is very limited. It allows the browser to launch and communicate with the application included with the "NEIEP HCL Extension Support Application Installer" you've been instructed to install separately.
