Opens up a new window independent of chrome that does not run any extensions, including extensions such as Securly that monitor the websites you visit and block them. This app does not circumvent district enforces proxies so they can still filter out some websites, but those ones can always be accessed in other ways such as another proxy in this app. *COMING SOON* -Remove district enforced HTTP Headers that can control your web content. -Integrated proxy server???

DONT BE CONVINCED BY THE OTHER COMMENTS! On chromebooks, this will install an app that you can run. It doesn't fix your normal browser, you have to run the app.
