"My ASICS: Achieve your Running Goals" DESCRIPTION My ASICS is a free service for runners. You can create a custom training plan, keep a logbook and analyse your performance. Whether you're looking to improve your marathon time or just starting to train for your first race, My ASICS will help you achieve your running goals. FEATURES * View and edit a detailed history of your running in your logbook; * Adjust your training plan based on your own needs and our scientific research; * Log your favourite running routes and details about your diet, injuries and other sports activities * See how you compare to others like you, and learn about what factors affect your performance. * Analyse every aspect of your running, including distance, pace and time * Follow along with stretching and exercise videos integrated into each phase of your plan MY ASICS TRAINING PROGRAMS At the heart of My ASICS is a suite of training programs that you can fully customise to meet your needs. The training plans have been developed by the ASICS Institute of Sport Science. My ASICS currently offers plans for marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km, 10 mile and 5 mile distances. My ASICS marathon plans range in length from 12 to 33 weeks. You can adjust the intensity and frequency of training as well as shape the plan to match your current running ability and fitness. Paces can also be adjusted as you train, so that the plan improves just as you do. Each plan consists of a number of phases working towards your goal. And each phase contains a mix of different training types, such as jogging, interval and race-pace running. Rest is also an integral part of the training plans. NOTE Please note that the My ASICS service is currently available in nine languages including: English, Japanese, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Finnish. First Impressions: I really like the interface. However, it will not save the runs unless you uncheck the facebook and twitter boxes everytime if you don't have your social network accounts linked. Really, come on.

Overall awesome app and I highly recommend you try it out. Major Pros: ~Free. ~Set up a realistic training plan which adjusts to how you are doing. ~Easy to upload data from Garmin. ~You can share your stats on Facebook/Twitter Minor Cons: ~Can't export the data. ~It would be nice if it automatically posted a summary of your activity each week. ~The "compare to:" feature isn't really clear to me. Am I 36% faster than men my age or are they 36% faster than me?
