My ASICS is a free service for runners. You can create a custom training plan, keep a logbook and analyse your performance. Whether you're looking to improve your marathon time or just starting to train for your first race, My ASICS will help you achieve your running goals.

* See how you compare to others like you, and learn about what factors affect your performance.

* Follow along with stretching and exercise videos integrated into each phase of your plan
MY ASICS TRAINING PROGRAMS
At the heart of My ASICS is a suite of training programs that you can fully customise to meet your needs. The training plans have been developed by the ASICS Institute of Sport Science. My ASICS currently offers plans for marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km, 10 mile and 5 mile distances.
My ASICS marathon plans range in length from 12 to 33 weeks. You can adjust the intensity and frequency of training as well as shape the plan to match your current running ability and fitness. Paces can also be adjusted as you train, so that the plan improves just as you do.
Each plan consists of a number of phases working towards your goal. And each phase contains a mix of different training types, such as jogging, interval and race-pace running. Rest is also an integral part of the training plans.
Please note that the My ASICS service is currently available in nine languages including: English, Japanese, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Finnish.
