Q: How do I file a claim?
A: When you get a MulberryCare plan, you’ll get access to your personalized customer dashboard where you can see coverage details, file claims, and check your claim status. Filing a claim is easy: just log in to your dashboard, click on "File a Claim" on the left-hand menu and enter your claim details via the chat to submit! Once a claim is submitted, our team will review it and follow up quickly with next steps.
