This meeting assistant is powered by your Google or Microsoft calendar and will automatically:
–ask meeting participants to submit agenda items
–share the finalized agenda before a meeting starts
–cancel a meeting if no agenda items are submitted (for Google Calendar users only)
–send a notes summary to participants after a meeting ends
★ Come prepared to every meeting
The Meetly Chrome Extension sidebar offers a snapshot of your upcoming meetings and can be opened from any Chrome tab. This daily digest lets you see which meetings don’t have an agenda and allows you to add agenda items, request new agenda items from participants or cancel a meeting that doesn't have any agenda items.
★ Engage your team
Meeting participants DO NOT have to sign up for Meetly to contribute to the agenda or to view the agenda, since agenda items can be submitted via email. (However, they will have access to more features if they do create an account.)
When participants receive an email inviting them to contribute to the agenda, they can respond via email and Meetly will update the agenda for them. Likewise, the agenda is shared via email so no one needs to log in to access.
★ For Google Calendar users
If you click on a meeting in your Google Calendar, Meetly will show you all the notes associated with that meeting, allow you to set automation rules and apply meeting templates. You can also see at a glance which meetings you are prepared for.
