Just a really simple swap of the toolbar background to the flat grey color of that in Chrome for Android. Titlebar area is unthemed and should go along with whatever color the OS is using. Try using it with the Material toolbar style in chrome://flags !

I really love this theme because it flattens the colors on every OS, making all of your devices feel familiar. It also makes the header and tab section of Incognito mode lighter, which is a personal preference.

when it's unthemed on my Surface Book it turns the toolbar to MS Edge light color instead of the OS accent color.
