Dark Material design inspired Chrome theme

With the Chrome 69 update, I find the new look too bright for me so I've designed a color scheme for Chrome inspired by Material design dark grey scheme. I've only tested this on Mac but this should still look great on any OS # Changelog v0.2 - Incognito mode has new frame color - New tab page uses color property instead of a repeat image.

Very minimal and sutbtle yet look and feels good. Maybe a little more polish around the edges and it will be very good theme.

I like this theme! But two suggestions, make the tab text colors more apparent, so maybe a brighter white. Also, when on a google tab, it would be nice if the search happened in the middle text box rather than shifting it to the top search
