Overview
Connect Internet media to MakerBit sensors and actuators.
Connect Internet media to MakerBit sensors and actuators. The primary function of this versatile app is to connect digital media to physical school projects such as dioramas and posterboards. With this, you can create a media list that associates Google drive videos, Google slides, YouTube videos and Wikipedia pages with a touch sensor on a project. There is also a data view of the MakerBit (micro:bit) board that lets you directly control output pins and monitor inputs. You can set any pin to input or output, servo or PWM, depending on whether that pin supports that mode. This is modeled on the program Firmata Test for the Arduino, where the Arduino is running Standard Firmata. See the makerbit.com website for more information.
