Expand code samples in stackoverflow comments and github.
Add a small button in the top left corner of any code sample at stackoverflow (or a file view at github) that expand the code full window size. You can also double click on a code sample to make it full window size and type escape key to close full window size mode. changelog : 0.1.2 - better support for github 0.1.1 - add support for github too - now auto resize on window resize - move expand button to the right
